The two pictures above are of
a crappie rod I have built for a return customer. This is another two-piece 4 to 12 pound line rated Kencor rod blank. The
Titanium Nitride/Zirconia guides with gun smoke colored frames are from American Tackle and the thread coatings are as well.
The thread use is from Gudbod and the reel seat is made by Pacific Bay.

Although it still needs the final coating on the diamond wrap at the handle end of the rod this is one
of my favorites. This rods forte is catfish and it is well suited for deep diving crank baits, musky, pike, inshore and light
off shore fishing. It is line rated at 12 to 30 pound line, heavy to medium heavy action and is 6 foot 9 inches long. The
one piece through blank construction makes this a rod so durable you may just hand it down to your children. I can build these
rods in either open faced spinning or in a bait cast style with a trigger grip from Fuji. These rods feature top shelf components
from Fuji to Pacific Bay and guide wrapping threads from Gudebrod coated with Dura Gloss LS from U-40. The rod blank comes
with a limited lifetime warrantee and I will match this with the craftsmanship I put into the guide wrapping and handle construction
of these rods. The illumination I will warrantee for two years as the illumination devise inside the rods will illuminate
continuously illuminate for two years so I am sure you will have no problems with this rod.

These two pictures above are of a two-piece 6 foot 2 and ½ inch rod I have build from a Kencor
rod blank. I have used Amtaks blue Zirconia guides on this rod and it is a hot little number. These blanks built into fishing
rods by Kencor are one of Kencors best sellers, they are rated for 4 to 12 pound line and will be suited for any pan
fish you would like to fish for and more. I have tested these rod blanks by taking them out and fishing for catfish with
them and have landed as large as a six and one half pound channel catfish with them. I have also set the hook on whisker
nipping bull heads that were about a quarter of a pound. I would not advise doing this with these rods but it is the
way I do my testing and these rod blanks have passed with flying colors.

This rod in this picture above was built using the same type of rod blank as the rod
pictured above it. I used silver zirconia guides from Amtak (American Tackle) on this rod and the guide wrappings are
transparent when the rod is illuminated.
These three pictures above were taken of a fishing rod I built for my father. I used a Kencor
710-7 rod blank, it is rated for 10 to 30 pound line and is seven foot long. I also used Pacific Bay Hardloy
guides. The centers of the guide wrappings on this rod are transparent and will show light when the rod is lit. This is another
rod that can take you from fresh water fishing to inshore and light off shore fishing. I am having a hard time getting it
to the post office to mail it. I want to take it fishing but that wouldn't be right now would it.
These two pictures below show some guide wrappings I have done on another 10 to 30 pound rated
rod. The area with the stripes is a multiple thread wrap with three colors in it, gold, black and burgundy. This rod is beautiful
in direct sunlight but very hard to get good pictures of because the colors will not come out right. I have been calling the
color of the Kencor rod blanks a caramel orange, the center of the double footed guide is burgundy and the outside of the
double footed guide match the center. The single foot guides match the outsides of the double foot guides and when I take
the pictures they look like this? Spectrum of light what a concept!

Both of the rods above in the two pictures were built from Kencor rod blanks,
one of the best blank manufacturers out there. The upper rod is a light powered 6 foot two piece 4 to 10 lbs. test
rod perfect for crappie and open water bass. The lower rod is a one piece 6' 15 to 50 pound rated blank rod. Weather
it's panfish or the whoppers there is a Laser Fishing Rod that can pull them in.

This rod has been hand crafted and is illuminated by two AA batteries. The rod has been tested for illumination and will
run three days on two AA batteries. It is built from a seven foot white fiberglass rod blank from Lamiglas and is rated for
10 to 25 pound line. It is built as a spinning rod and the guides range from a 50mm at the real end to a 8mm tip. The winner
has been crowned and his name is Charles Moore, good fishing Chip!

These pictures above are of some of the custom wraps that I have done. The rod in front is one that I have sent off to American
Rodsmiths as a model for some that I would have like to set up for QVC. Problem with that is they are busy people and are
not able to work with me on the laser fishing rods. The rod in the middle is the tip section of a two piece 7 footer similar
to the rod on my home page. The rod to the rear is the handle end of the 7 footer.
